Job Description
Optimum Advisory is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a successful track record in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations aligned with US norms.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of HR experience in the US market, and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
Shift: Night (6:30 pm – 3:30 am) – ONSITE | Salary: $250k – $300k | Job Type: Full-time | Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 4.
