Job Description

Joyland Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with 7-8 years of experience in a relevant field. Our ideal candidate will have a BBA or MBA and will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities include developing operational strategies, identifying process improvements, and managing a diverse team including food court and housekeeping staff. The Operations Manager will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high-quality service standards.

Salary: Rs120,00 – Rs170,00 per month

Location: Lahore (Kamahan)
