Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Inbound Sales & Customer Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will provide outstanding service while promoting our diverse selection of wireless devices, plans, and accessories.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience, possess excellent communication skills (bilingual candidates are preferred), demonstrate technical proficiency with mobile technology, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
