Giftkarte Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated female Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer support through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and managing customer complaints. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Urdu to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
