Job Description
Devflovv is actively looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, develop strong talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments.
- Draft offer letters and professionally communicate rejection decisions.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent sourcing and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Location: On-site – Raiwind Road, Lahore
