Job Description
Job Purpose: The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts to drive growth and reach revenue targets by effectively managing distributor networks and fostering relationships within the paint industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Monitor and analyze sales activities to enhance performance.
- Identify and recruit new dealers to expand market reach.
- Promote and launch innovative products effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business is required, along with prior experience in the paint industry.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs120,00 – Rs150,00/month | Location: On-site.
