Job Description
Noah Pro Max is currently looking for a detail-oriented Call Quality Assurance Evaluator to oversee and assess our telesales and customer service interactions. This pivotal role is vital for maintaining quality standards and boosting agent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess calls to ensure quality assurance.
- Provide constructive feedback and generate comprehensive QA reports.
- Work collaboratively with team leaders to enhance overall performance.
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Job Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs50,00 – Rs70,00 per month
