Job Description
We are on the lookout for a skilled and proactive LABSA Shift Engineer to oversee and manage the daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production process. The ideal candidate will ensure that equipment operates at peak performance while adhering to safety and quality standards throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operation of LABSA production equipment.
- Promptly troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and equipment checks.
- Collaborate effectively to enhance shift operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in chemical plant operations; LABSA-focused experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
