Job Description
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd, a prominent US-based Outbound Call Center, is seeking a dedicated Team Lead/QA Specialist for our Karachi Branch. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, provide coaching to team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and training to team members
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve performance targets
- Assist in preparing daily performance reports
- Mentor team members to reach their goals effectively
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
