Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team located in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication with customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal departments and perform data entry tasks across various platforms.
Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Exceptional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Please note that this position is open to female applicants only.

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
