Job Description
Meds Nexus is searching for a talented Sales Specialist/Sr. Sales Specialist or Business Development Analyst with strong English communication skills, ideally possessing a North American accent, to enhance our Pre-Sales department. This position offers a competitive salary along with commission-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales communications.
- Convert potential leads into valued clients.
- Coordinate meetings through Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Draft analytical reports and meeting minutes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of US Healthcare.
