Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting at Rs 75,00.00 per month, plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance lead conversion rates from social media platforms.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience with outstanding communication skills.
- Proven sales experience is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
