Job Description
Hiring Solutions is in search of a dedicated Senior HR Operational Manager to lead payroll processing and manage employee records. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of specialized experience in HR Operations, specifically in payroll management, file supervision, and exit procedures.
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate payroll processing, overseeing personnel records, and managing exit procedures, including documentation and settlements.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, comprehensive knowledge of HR Management Systems (HRMS) and labor regulations, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs250,00.00/month
