Job Description
Abbott Laboratories is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Production to support the Manager in overseeing manufacturing and dispensing operations at our Karachi – Landhi Plant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
Major Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing and dispensing operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.).
- Achieve operational deadlines and enhance process efficiency.
- Support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications: A Science Graduate or Master’s degree (preferably Pharm D), 3-4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
