Job Description

Location: Karachi (On-Site)

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST

ZUE Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Outbound Specialist to connect with dermatology patients for follow-up care. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to schedule appointments, obtaining and clarifying patient histories, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements: Candidates should have 1–2 years of outbound calling experience, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess a keen eye for detail. Applicants must be available to work U.S. shift hours.
