Job Description
The Uplift Team is currently seeking a seasoned Lead Project Manager to develop, implement, and maintain HR systems that guarantee our multi-project operations are disciplined, transparent, and compliant.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive SOPs for various HR functions.
- Manage HRIS workflows, including Zoho People or BambooHR.
- Work alongside project managers to optimize staffing plans.
- Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance with legal standards.
- Oversee accurate headcount, payroll, and timekeeping data.
- Deliver weekly dashboards reflecting HR metrics.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting at Rs85,00.00/month.
