Job Description
Caregenix Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional candidates through various job advertising channels and managing the comprehensive recruitment process. Additionally, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Your key responsibilities will include extending job offers, conducting negotiations, and providing support to candidates throughout their onboarding journey. This full-time position requires availability for night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday.
We offer a competitive salary, with compensation up to $110,00 annually. This position will be performed in person at our office location.
