We are seeking a qualified Mid-Tier Manager to join our Legal and Intellectual Property team. This position is responsible for managing all Group Legal and IP affairs with a focus on regions including Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, exhibit strong mentoring capabilities for junior team members, and show strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts.
