Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail bakery outlets. The ideal candidate will possess experience in retail operations, sales growth, and team leadership, preferably within the bakery, food retail, or FMCG industries.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage daily sales operations, meet revenue targets, recruit and train staff, monitor inventory, analyze sales reports, ensure brand consistency, and address customer feedback.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with 3–5 years of retail sales management experience, strong leadership abilities, and a willingness to travel.
