Digital Mojo is looking for a Head of HR and Administration to oversee our human resources and administrative functions. This key role is essential for aligning HR strategies with our business objectives, managing office administration, ensuring compliance, and fostering employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits.
