Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at The-Hiring. In this role, you will be responsible for devising effective sales strategies, managing distribution channels, and fostering relationships with stakeholders in the construction and FMCG industries. Your duties will include supervising sales representatives, conducting market analyses, and collaborating with the marketing team for brand promotion.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, exceptional negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Knowledge of the local market and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Experience working with paint dealers or construction contractors is a plus.
