Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Manager to lead our Industrial Relations efforts by developing and implementing strategies that strengthen relationships between employees and management. The ideal candidate will fairly and consistently address and resolve grievances and conflicts.
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for EOBI, PESSI, and other regulatory agencies, ensuring employees have access to welfare initiatives while protecting the company’s interests.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Rs300,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the Textile Industry (Required)
