Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Taxi Controller (CSR) to manage incoming calls from UK customers wishing to book or modify taxi reservations. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating airport bookings.
- Processing payments over the phone.
- Escalating customer complaints to the appropriate department.
- Addressing driver inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at least one year of inbound call center experience as a CSR, familiarity with Ghost and ICabbi systems, and must possess a British accent.

Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
