Job Description
Digital Otters is seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will manage incoming sales leads and conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a friendly approach, and a foundational understanding of sales or customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing inquiries, following up on leads, recording interactions in our CRM system, identifying customer needs, scheduling appointments, and achieving calling targets.
Requirements: Candidates must possess excellent spoken English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus), prior experience in sales or customer support, a confident phone presence, and basic computer proficiency.
