Job Description
Seebiz SMC Pvt. Ltd. is in search of a dedicated and experienced TikTok Shop Account Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the storefront
- Create and enhance product listings
- Plan and oversee advertising campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis
- Monitor performance and generate reports
