Job Description
Al-Wafiq Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a committed Rider Coordinator who will oversee and manage our team of riders, ensuring efficient logistics operations from the convenience of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule rider assignments for deliveries and pickups.
- Facilitate communication among riders, customers, and internal departments.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Manage and update rider schedules and routes effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Urdu, English, and Punjabi.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Possess a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
