Job Description
We are seeking a Driver Hiring Specialist to oversee and enhance the recruitment process for drivers within our organization. The ideal candidate will have established connections in the transportation and logistics sector and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality drivers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in active recruitment efforts through industry networks and outreach
- Maintain a comprehensive network of drivers in various regions
