Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to manage incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately entering journey details, efficiently dispatching vehicles, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer incoming calls.
- Accurately collect and input booking information.
- Utilize dispatch software to assign jobs effectively.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of taxi dispatch experience, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with UK geography is highly advantageous.
