Job Description
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Christian Only) to provide chat support and assist with both inbound and outbound sales. This position is located at our office in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming chat messages.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Ensure exceptional English grammar in all written communications.
- Efficiently manage multiple chats and tasks.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

- Shift: Morning (10 am onwards)
