Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Customer Support Specialists to join our team in F.B. Area Block 10, Karachi. This full-time, onsite position offers a 9-hour shift between 6 PM and 6 AM, with a commitment of 6 days a week.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our international clients, efficiently resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. You will also identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
The monthly salary ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00.
