Job Description
Fun City is on the lookout for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to engage with our customers and elevate their experience. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between guests and the Fun City team, showcasing our products and addressing customer inquiries. You will utilize CRM software to track leads and report weekly sales objectives to the Centre Manager. Additionally, maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals is crucial. A friendly and courteous demeanor is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales.
Key Skills: Knowledge of SEO, media editing software, and exceptional communication abilities are essential.
