Job Description
Auhda Consulting is seeking an Online Sales Specialist to enhance our e-commerce initiatives across various platforms, marketplaces, and digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries through email, chat, and other online communication methods.
Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service will significantly enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that online listings are in sync with active campaigns while also monitoring sales performance.
Position Requirements:
- Job Status: Full-Time Onsite
- Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Location: DHA Phase 2 or Korangi, Karachi
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years
- Education: Intermediate (Required)
