Job Description
Agregga SMC-Private Limited is seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Systems Monitoring Executive. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our real-time payment transaction system, offering first-line customer support. Key responsibilities include continuous monitoring of system performance, providing prompt assistance via chat and email, and collaborating closely with our technical team to facilitate swift issue resolution.
Ideal candidates should be willing to work in shifts, possess prior experience in customer support or a Network Operations Center (NOC), and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.
