Job Description
Max Solutions is inviting applications for a dynamic and professional Call Center Agent to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Urdu and possess outstanding communication skills to effectively manage customer inquiries.
Qualifications include:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu
- A customer service-oriented mindset
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Preferably, 2 years of experience in a call center, though not required
- Capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
Location: In-person at our office in Lahore
