Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Closer to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will optimize sales processes, manage performance metrics, and support our sales team to boost productivity. Your responsibilities will include maintaining sales tools, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
Please note that this position requires night shifts for international campaigns only.
Salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, along with attractive bonus plans that could total up to 1 Million.
Ideal candidates will have proficiency in English and a solid understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques.
