Job Description
Metanoia is looking for a dedicated E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess experience in order management, exhibit excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm and update orders in the Shopify system.
- Reach out to customers to verify order statuses.
- Ensure the accuracy of order information.
- Respond to inquiries regarding order confirmations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Shopify.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM; Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Salary: Up to Rs25,00.00 per month.
