Location: Bahawalpur, Pakistan
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Key Account Manager to act as a liaison between Ultimate Outsourcing LDT and our valued clients. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain enduring customer relationships.
- Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and progress reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Experience: 1 year in Customer Service preferred.
