Job Description
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 (Preference given to residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)
Sequel Technologies, a prominent software company specializing in healthcare IT and medical billing services for the US market, is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager Support.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the support team assisting US clients through calls, portals, and emails.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and enhancement requests.
- Liaise with US healthcare insurance companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor third-party vendor compliance.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of managerial experience, and fluency in English.
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Time-zone)
