Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is actively seeking two enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our client’s team. This role involves managing inbound calls, confirming orders, and addressing customer inquiries via WhatsApp to resolve order-related issues. Additionally, you will track orders and keep customers informed about their status while assisting throughout the entire order process, both pre- and post-sales. Supporting sales and customer retention efforts, as well as managing online and offline customer service, are essential aspects of this position.
Requirements:
– 2–3 years of experience in customer support or telesales.
– Proficiency in spoken and written English.
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Fast typing abilities and computer proficiency.
– Experience with Shopify is advantageous.
