Job Description
Job Summary: Shelters Associates is looking for an Operations Executive to manage cross-functional workflows and enhance communication among departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excels at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all departments.
- Facilitate effective interdepartmental communication.
- Analyze and refine operational workflows.
- Support project management and generate reports.
- Contribute to process improvements and address ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace are required.
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs1.00 – Rs2.00 per month.
