Job Description
Location: Field-based (Islamabad)
Department: Infection Prevention Solutions / Engineering Services
Total Technologies Pvt Ltd is in search of a skilled Field Service Engineer with expertise in Mechatronics or Electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training related to various equipment, including CSSD machinery and hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer support and conduct training sessions.
- Document service activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective project execution.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a willingness to travel.
