Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will possess fluency in Urdu and/or Punjabi, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu and/or Punjabi
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Open to fresh graduates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: Starting at Rs45,00.00 per month
