Job Description
Karis Smart Solutions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are organized, eager to learn, and possess fundamental computer skills related to e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices and records using MS Office applications (Excel/Word).
- Create and oversee communities through WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Process orders and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Accurately sort and pack orders.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
- Assist with basic customer communication.
