Job Description
Escorts Investment Bank Limited is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to ensure compliance with Company Law and other regulations.
- Ensure the company’s business operations align with its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Prepare agendas and documents for Board meetings in consultation with the Chairman.
- Manage Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings, ensuring legal compliance.
- Handle share allotments, maintenance of the Share Register, and share transfers.
- Prepare and manage legal documents on behalf of the Company.
- Maintain custody of the Company Seal and file required forms under Company Law.
