Job Description
We are actively looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Karachi office.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Fashion Textile Design is preferred.
Experience: We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
Location: Tariq Road, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt communication.
- Efficiently manage customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process orders and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Supervise a team of junior customer service representatives.
Familiarity with graphic design software such as Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
