Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated Manager to lead our IVF Center. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing both clinical and administrative teams, maintaining quality assurance protocols, and overseeing financial operations. You will also work collaboratively with marketing teams to enhance patient engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, along with 5 to 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably within an IVF or fertility clinic setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs130,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
