Job Description
Knowza Learning Solutions is looking for an Associate Ecommerce Executive to join our team at the Lahore office. In this position, you will play a crucial role in our new e-commerce initiative by assisting with procurement, logistics, and customer service, all aimed at executing our retail strategy in the UK effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Procurement: Collaborate with suppliers to procure high-quality products.
- Logistics Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure prompt deliveries.
- Customer Service Oversight: Implement support protocols and oversee after-sales service.
Requirements: A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Location: Jail Road, Shadman 2, Lahore
Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00 per month
