Job Description
Location: Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi
Dr. Salik Teaching Hospital is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to take on the role of Night Shift Floor Incharge. This position is vital for overseeing night shift operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and effectively managing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage night shift reception operations
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Monitor staff attendance and resolve conflicts
- Supervise doctors, nurses, and support staff
- Address patient concerns and complaints
Qualifications: A minimum of a graduation degree and 3-4 years of relevant hospital experience.
