Job Description
Location: Onsite – Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)

ENCS Networks is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support to join our innovative team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and responding to IT support tickets
- Troubleshooting Level 1 and 2 technical issues
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Providing support via phone and email
- Documenting all support activities
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support
- CCNA Certification is required
- Proven problem-solving abilities and strong English communication skills
- Applicants must reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad
