Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is excited to announce an opening for an enthusiastic Area Manager to oversee multiple retail locations within our designated region. This pivotal role involves ensuring efficient store operations, meeting sales objectives, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for all assigned stores.
- Support stores in reaching their sales and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store management and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of retail management experience.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
